Our Wilmington Area Restaurant Guide is based on the first-hand experience of the C. W. Worth House Innkeepers, Margi & Doug Erickson, as well as feedback from guests at the inn. Wilmington has excellent restaurants, which are heavily patronized by the locals as well as visitors. Recommendations cover a wide variety of restaurants in downtown Wilmington; some are a short drive from downtown and the Eastwood Drive and Wrightsville Beach area restaurants including eateries on the Intracoastal Waterway and beaches. During certain times of the year an establishment may be closed on Sunday and/or Monday evenings and in some cases the restaurants serve dinner but not lunch on weekends or holidays. Enjoy, and please give us feedback
Circa 1922, 8 N. Front St., 762-1922. Circa 1922 is home to tapas-style dining and a wine bar. Circa captures the spirit of tapas: fresh, exquisitely presented and highly creative small plates. Also offer a 3 course prix fixe menu. This is a popular downtown destination and our personal favorite! Reservations suggested. Closed Mondays. Please visit their website for a complete menu!
